Challenge: To reduce churn and drive adoption, B2B SaaS customers needed quick, relevant training that addressed their most common pain points.
Action: I designed and hosted monthly webinars focused on high-impact product features. Each session was 30 minutes or less, recorded for an on-demand video library used by both customers and internal teams.
Result: Webinar attendance exceeded company averages, feature usage increased, and the series helped establish me as both a subject matter expert and a trusted customer advocate.

Lessons Learned: Vyond as a Strategic Piece of Training and Engagement
I previously worked as a Customer Success Manager at Vyond and continue to advocate for the platform due to its effectiveness in helping organizations create engaging, accessible training and marketing videos. In my MBA Marketing course, I conducted a case study on Vyond’s positioning as a solution for corporate training challenges, highlighting its AI-powered video capabilities, strategic market differentiation, and appeal to diverse learning needs. However, I have found that impactful training requires integration of learning videos into a broader learning experience and organizational commitment to continuous learning as a driver of innovation.
