Inside JKG Strategy & Design
Ask yourself “Who can help me accomplish this?”
instead of “How am I going to get this done?”
— Dan Sullivan
I’m the who to your how.
You’ve already committed time, energy, and resources to make your solution work, but competing priorities, red tape, or limited bandwidth have stalled progress. You need a fresh perspective and a focused partner who can move things forward strategically and efficiently. That’s where I come in.
As a learning and knowledge strategist, I help uncover the right solutions and empower your team to own them—ensuring long-term success, not just short-term fixes.
Since launching my business in 2021, I’ve supported SMBs and global organizations across eight industries, delivering employee and customer-centric learning solutions to thousands of people. My work spans customer enablement, internal onboarding, knowledge hub creation, and cross-functional training.
Before consulting, I worked as a Customer Success Manager, where I saw firsthand how poor knowledge systems and disconnected training harm both customer experience and employee performance. That experience drives my mission: to create solutions that empower teams and support customers across their lifecycle.
To do that, I draw from a multidisciplinary approach shaped by real-world practice and continuous learning. My background blends knowledge management, instructional design, information systems, customer success, project management, and business strategy, refined through my proprietary JKG methodology and an MBA focused on Information Systems and Knowledge Management.
From designing global training for AI-driven pharmaceutical tools to streamlining information workflows across departments, I help businesses turn knowledge into a strategic asset.
Let's work together to develop your knowledge as a strategic asset and take your business to the next level.
