The Who to Your How

Ask yourself “Who can help me accomplish this?”

instead of “How am I going to get this done?”

Dan Sullivan

You already have great people and valuable knowledge.

You just need the structure and support to connect the dots.

That’s where we come in.

Knowledge & Learning Strategy | Employee & Customer Enablement
MBA in Information Systems & Knowledge Management

Before founding JKG Strategy, I worked in Customer Success, where I saw how hard it was for teams to deliver great service without access to the right knowledge. That experience drives my mission: helping teams perform better by organizing what they already know.

Whether I’m creating Enablement Guides for field teams, designing compliance training for global companies, or setting up SharePoint knowledge hubs, I bring together real-world insight, learning science, and strategic empathy to turn information into impact.

Strengths:

  • Translating expertise into practical tools

  • Designing for low-bandwidth, high-change environments

  • Helping teams get un-stuck and move forward with clarity

Program Manager | Agile Practitioner | Knowledge Flow Optimizer
PMP & ACP Certified | 12+ Years of Experience in SaaS, Healthcare, IT

I’ve managed high-stakes programs from kickoff to delivery—and the biggest risks I’ve seen aren’t technical. They’re human. Misaligned expectations, scattered communication, and missing context stall projects and frustrate teams.

That’s why I focus on making knowledge flow. Whether I’m coordinating a cross-functional rollout, building a Confluence hub, or mapping a change strategy, I ensure people can access what they need to act with confidence.

Strengths:

  • Aligning teams and unblocking progress

  • Facilitating fast, clear decision-making

  • Bringing structure to complex environments
